Refund policy

After receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For returns from Italy, SANGIORGIO can provide a prepaid return label for €6. For returns within Europe, the prepaid return label costs €10. If you use the return label provided by SANGIORGIO, this cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Free Exchanges

You may exchange unused purchased products within 10 days of delivery. Returns for exchanges do not incur shipping costs if returned within the European Union.

Damage and Problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer). It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

Orders rejected or not collected by the recipient will be treated as returned orders, and the shipping costs (both outward and return) will be deducted from the refund.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders delivered outside the EU.
