What is your return policy?
After receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, log in to your Account or contact us at ordini@sangiorgiomerate.it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For returns from Italy, SANGIORGIO can provide a prepaid return label at a cost of €6. For Europe, the cost of the prepaid return label is €10. If the return label provided by SANGIORGIO is used, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Exchange
It is possible to exchange the purchased and unused product within 10 days from the delivery date. Return for product exchange does not involve payment of shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for orders delivered outside the EU.
Orders rejected or not collected by the recipient will be considered as returned orders, and shipping costs (both outward and return) will be deducted from the corresponding refund.
Are there any purchases for which returns are not allowed?
Returned products must not have been worn, used or damaged. They must still have all original tags and security seals intact.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in their original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without a box or in a damaged box may be rejected and sent back to the Customer.
Bags must be packed with protective paper inside and out.
Returns that do not meet all required conditions will not be accepted.
When will I receive my order?
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are sourced both locally and globally. We carefully select our production partners to ensure high-quality products at a fair price.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.
