All orders are delivered by courier directly to your home or to a collection point.
Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The courier may require the recipient's signature upon delivery.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item.
During checkout, you can view the various shipping options and their costs once you have added one or more products to your cart.

SANGIORGIO is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at the time of purchase. Any additional customs duties are not included in the shipping cost (DDU) and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
Customers can track the status of their shipment directly from their personal page or on the courier's website by entering their shipment number. The shipment of the product will be accompanied by a confirmation email containing all the necessary information for tracking the shipment.
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the carrier may require the recipient's signature upon delivery. If, upon delivery, the package shows any imperfections, the Customer must open it in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging must be immediately reported by writing "reservation of inspection" on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the delivery note has been signed without any complaint, any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered will be precluded. Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 14 calendar days of order confirmation.
