All orders are delivered by courier directly to your address or, where available, to the courier pick-up points you can select at check-out. Alternatively, you can collect your order free of charge at our shop in Merate with the Click & Collect option.

Standard deliveries take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The courier may require the recipient's signature on delivery.

Delivery times and costs

At check-out you will see the various shipping options and their costs once you have added one or more products to your cart. Times and costs vary according to destination and the service chosen. Estimated delivery times from the shipping date are:

Italy: Standard 4-6 business days (free) · Express 1-3 business days · Click & Collect: free collection at our shop in Merate (Piazza Prinetti 20)

Europe EU: Economy 6-10 business days · Standard 3-5 business days · Express 1-2 business days

United States and Canada: Standard 6-8 business days · Express 2-5 business days

Japan: Worldwide Express 3-6 business days

Non-EU Europe and rest of the world: Standard 5-9 business days · Express 2-4 business days

SANGIORGIO is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

Shipping costs (where applicable) are borne by the customer and are charged at the time of purchase. Any additional customs duties are shown at check-out before the order is completed. Customs duties are not refunded in the event of a return.

Shipment status

You can follow the status of your shipment from your personal page or on the courier's website by entering your shipment number. The shipment is accompanied by a confirmation email containing everything you need to track it.

Receiving the parcel

To ensure the security of the shipment, the courier may ask the recipient to sign on delivery. If, on delivery, the outside of the parcel shows any imperfection, the Customer must open the parcel in the presence of the carrier.

We recommend checking the goods on delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered matches the order and that the packaging is intact. Any anomaly must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note. Pursuant to Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging must be contested immediately by writing a reservation of inspection on the proof of delivery: once the delivery note has been signed without objection, no claim regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered will be admissible. Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 14 calendar days of order confirmation.

SANGIORGIO offers secure integrated payments through Shopify Payments, which handles every transaction to the highest security standards, in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1, protecting sensitive data.

The main payment methods available are:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others).

Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay and others).

PayPal.

Klarna — instalment payments.

Bank transfer and other local methods you will see at check-out.

Payment by cash on delivery is available for Italy.

If you have a GIFT CARD or promotional codes, you can use them at check-out to cover all or part of the cost of the products selected. Where applicable, a voucher can also be used only partially: the remaining amount can be used for a later purchase.

Certified security

SANGIORGIO is a member of Associazione Italiana Commercio Elettronico (AICEL), which certifies its security and professionalism through regular, rigorous checks.

After receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For returns from Italy, SANGIORGIO can provide a prepaid return label at a cost of €6. For returns from the rest of Europe, the prepaid return label costs €10. If you use the return label provided by SANGIORGIO, this cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Free exchange

You may exchange a purchased and unused product within 10 days of the delivery date. Returning a product for an exchange does not incur shipping costs if it takes place within the European Union.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. All payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make it visible.

Orders refused or not collected by the recipient will be treated as returned orders, and the shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refund.

Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for orders delivered outside the EU.

Legal guarantee

Products purchased on our site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, lasting two years from delivery. You may ask us to repair or replace the item free of charge and, where that is not possible, for a price reduction or for the contract to be terminated. The legal guarantee is yours by law and is free of charge: to invoke it, write to ordini@sangiorgiomerate.it.
